Interior Fusion Builds Decade Long Relationship With Sunz Insurance

“Anticipate client needs and make the process as simple as possible to eliminate client stress.”

That’s the motto that has allowed us to form a solid 10-year working relationship with Sunz Insurance, a fast-growing workman’s compensation insurance provider. As a veteran-owned office furniture dealership, we have designed and installed office furniture systems in multiple office locations for Sunz Insurance, including its corporate offices in Bradenton, Fla. serving more than 200 employees.

“We have worked closely with Sunz Insurance over the past decade as they have grown and have built a mutually rewarding relationship based on trust and success,” said Rich Fendley, CEO of Interior Fusion. “We’ve provided everything from office design and furniture procurement and installation services to inventory management of their existing furniture assets. Most importantly, we’ve been there after every project completion to ensure that everything is functioning properly and meeting Sunz’s employee needs.”

Our process begins with an on-site visit by our design team who will evaluate the available space office by office and floor by floor. At that time we will talk to key client contacts (most of whom have other primary responsibilities at their jobs) to determine their office furnishing needs along with preferred colors, styles, finishes, and most importantly, budget.

Working in tandem with Sunz’s architects, Interior Fusion then develops a 3D design plan with drawings that show floor by floor how the offices, conference rooms, and other workspaces will be laid out and furnished with office systems recommended to meet the client’s specific needs. Once that plan and budget are approved by the client, the furniture is ordered and eventually professionally installed and made ready to go. Follow-up visits are scheduled as needed to correct any outstanding issues or just to make sure everything is working properly.

“There is no perfect project, so the key to maintaining a long-term client relationship like the one we have with Sunz Insurance is communication and to be thereafter the sale to proactively make things right when there is even a small issue,” said Fendley. “We are small enough to provide that kind of individualized attention that some of our larger competitors cannot efficiently offer, yet large enough to provide the full gamut of design, purchasing, installation, and inventory management services our clients expect.”

As a multi-location Florida business with offices in Tampa, Melbourne, and Jacksonville, we are focused on bringing personalized office system solutions that help both large and small Florida businesses meet their furnishing needs. Ultimately, this process results in an office environment that allows your employees to work in a comfortable and interactive workspace that promotes increased productivity.
