Interior Fusion’s 4th Annual Company Retreat
To recognize our team’s hard work and successes over the past year, we recently had our 2023 company retreat. The 4th annual retreat took place at the TradeWinds Resort in St. Pete Beach, FL. Our team and families enjoyed a tropical beachfront paradise full of amazing dining and beachside activities!
We started the weekend extravaganza around a fire pit as we listened to opening remarks by the Interior Fusion leadership. It was a great first act to this whirlwind adventure.
The beach had a limitless amount of activities to enjoy. While the kids had fun swimming in the ocean, the adults laid back and relaxed on the beach. Others took advantage of the resort’s pool, swimming and sunning themselves.
Some of our more competitive employees fancied themselves a volleyball tournament. Teams competed against each other and rose through the ranks before a winner was crowned. Congratulations to the winning team!
Wining and dining took on a new meaning with our outdoor cocktail reception. Adults sipped on concoctions and mingled with their fellow employees. The little ones enjoyed some non-alcoholic drinks as well!
To cap off the retreat, the Interior Fusion family celebrated with dinner and dancing. Founder Rich delivered a heartwarming speech thanking the team for their hard work and dedication, and everyone laughed and danced the night away.
We’re happy we can reward our team for their efforts and contributions towards Interior Fusion’s growth. Here’s hoping for a great rest of 2023 and beyond!
